Metamask: Error on claiming tokens
Metamask Error: Claiming Tokens on Pinnksale
I’m reaching out to fellow Metamask users and token holders of Pinnksale in hopes that someone can help me troubleshoot an issue with claiming my tokens. I’ve been trying to claim my tokens, but every time I click on the CLAIM BUTTON, the metamask wallet gives an error message.
Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of what happens:
- Wallet Connect is Active: Before attempting to claim my tokens, I ensure that Wallet Connect is active in my Metamask wallet.
- Pinnksale URL: The Pinnksale token page appears, and I enter the correct URL for claiming tokens.
- CLAIM BUTTON APPEARS
: However, when I click on the CLAIM BUTTON, the metamask wallet displays an error message with a code (I’m guessing it’s something like “Invalid Token Address” or similar).
- Error Message Appears: The error message is displayed on the Pinnksale token page, but I can still see other users’ claim buttons functioning correctly.
- Wallet Doesn’t Display Claim Button: Despite the error message, my metamask wallet does not display a CLAIM BUTTON for claiming tokens.
Additional Context
- I’ve tried logging out of Wallet Connect and re-logging in to ensure that the issue isn’t related to my account or login.
- I’ve checked the Pinnksale token page to ensure that it’s displaying correctly, with all necessary information.
- I’ve also tested claiming other tokens without any issues.
